What’s In Intermediate Course 2?

This past spring Bonsai Empire came to the garden to film a new course. A fun twist is that it’s co-taught by the great Bjorn Bjorholm of Tennessee, USA.

The filming took place in both our gardens, to get two perspectives on topics that range from young stock development, older refinement, winter care, to the esoteric Bunjin.

Oscar Jonker arrived with his cool cameras and even a drone to document our course (I think the drone may figure in the 3rd course…stay tuned for that next year!) And then he popped back in his rental RV and toured down south with his wife and newborn baby.

Above, a patchwork quilt of the course with Bjorn Bjorholm and myself.

What ISN’T in Bonsai Empire’s Intermediate Course 2 are all the dud takes of me attempting to teach in front of a camera. No outtakes in this course, but if you like them, the online demo I filmed for the upcoming 9th World Bonsai Convention might satisfy. I end that with several bloopers.

It was an honor to be a part of this course, and I hope you enjoy it. We pack a lot of info into an informal presentation style.

Here’s a review of the course on Nebari Bonsai.
